Shrooms in my area?
    #5747128 - 06/13/06 08:05 PM (17 years, 9 months ago)

Hi Yall. I live in Northern New Hampshire and was wondering what i should be looking for for active shrooms. I hear a lot about Panaeolus subbalteatus is what i should be looking for. I do work at a farm so i have a full array of cow and horse poop and old hay stacks to scan through. I just posted on some i found and found them to not be active.  :frown: oh well. so if anyone has any suggestions for what to look for.

That habitat sounds like a good place to me. You are lucky to have access to such a place on a daily basis.
Just keep looking.

Pan subbs sound like your best bet, but don't get your hopes up. NH is not prime location for finding actives.
