tub with water
submersible water heater IN the water
another tub on top of the water
jars into that tub, then add the lid
put weight on top OR zip-tie them together by the handles
germination usually takes 3-5 days, PF jars will take around 3 weeks to colonize, usually a month tho

well my jars where injected with the spores 1 week from today & mine look like that are about %30-45 full of mycelium

aslso i did not take a back image but it looks the same all way round so i think about 25-30 days my jars will be %100 filled with mycelium & all i did was buy 2 tubs & fill one with water & put a water heater in it & set the heat for 82 and so far mine are doing just well

check out the cultivation area and look for incubation techniques.
just do a liquid culture i injected two 1/2 pint pf cakes with some LC yesterday and there's already a big area where its starting to grow about the size of a silver dollar my incubator is set to 84-85F and they LOVE IT I'm so excited that its actually working so fast. just nocked up two more but i kinda dropped the jars and theres a big crack that hasnt compromised the jar yet. im hoping they will hold up till they are 100% colonised and i can just toss them.

Nothing is 100%.
That being said I've put together a collection of tips here you might want to check out that regularly gets me colonized PF cakes in under 2 weeks.

I can colonize a pf jar in 6 to 9 days...from a multi spore inoculation... which is pretty damn fast.
faster with an LC inoculation.
I use a TIT incubator. <---use the search funtion.

Sounds like a hell of an aggressive substrain ya got there bro! I once had a substrain myself that colonized a qt. jar in a little over three days using g2g (1/10). Multispore all have taken 2-3 weeks personally.

My jars fully colonized in only like 14 days, without an incubator. I just loaded 2 cc's per jar.

I have 4 jars of G.T. right now that are fully colonized after 16 days( I was very impressed myself with these). I have had some Hawaiians that took a month to fully colonize. All were done with multi spore innoc. It is just wierd sometimes how some will go and some will not go very fast at all.
