Temp / humidity sensors

I went around and checked with all the local garden supply stores and local hydroponics shops in town. I have yet to go down to the cigar shop, and before I do I was wondering if anyone uses a digital thermometer/humidity sensor, and if so what brand is it, and do you like it? Worth the money?

Taylor brands have a good reputation as being reliable and accurate. If you're just using perlite you really don't need a hygrometer.

Thanks guys, I'm heading down to The Source to buy one. Do you think high humidity found within a fruiting chamber could cause damage to the unit? i.e short circuits, etc.

I guess I could always return it and claim it was defective.
