Have you taken the cakes out of the jars? Did you case the cakes in the jars? Do you have a way to maintain high humidity? It's not really clear from your post. Tell us more about how you are set up, then we can help. As long as they're not comtaminated, don't panic.

There could be several reasons for this.
First.......
What was your temp during the jars incubation? ....Were they maintained at 82-85......or room temp?
Second....
How did you birth them? ...Did you just place them in the FC or did you dunk them first.
Third.....
What are the conditions of your FC? ...Temp and Humidity

OK... This is yet another "It's been 7 days, what's wrong, where are my pins!!!" post.
Let's review the basics... It takes about 7-18 days AFTER BIRTHING to get pins. If you got pins in 7 days on your first grow it would be almost a miracle. You need to wait AT LEAST 14 days (that's two weeks) before you start worrying. And you should probably wait 18 days before posting a "What's wrong!" question here.

In my opinion. PR is a strain that takes a bit to get it to pin.
I know that for me it took a bit of patience.
I cold shocked it, gave it lots of FAE, and did what ever i could and it still took a long time to pin.

The cold shocking set it back. Puerto Rico is a subtropical climate and cubes fruit there in the summertime. It's hardly a place where the fruits are cold shocked to produce. Cold shocking is for cold weather edibles such as chanterelles. Cubes are only hurt by it. RR
