Tomorrow is the beginning of what is going to be a very interesting turning point in my life. For the next 6 months, im going to be running a company, one that im sinking every last dollar i have into. i wont go into numbers, but its alot. Also my father is picking up a big portion of the tab (about doubble what i have into it) as my other key investor. Anyhow im going to be buying and selling some land, alot of land, somthing that i have every confidence in being able to complete. in the end i will have made decent stack of cash and have several pieces of land.
Even if the market drops out and the property re-sells at the lowest historical sale price (for similar property), i still will come out way ahead, and that is after paying back my investors almost doubble what they put in.
I have always worked for my self, and have run several smaller businesses sucessfully, and have been completely self employed for over 2 years. however this is the biggest task that i have ever undertaken.
anyhow, tomorrow i give this thing the go, give it wings, incorporate and sink a decent chunk of cash into its inception. im a little giddy, a little anxious, and a little scared. haha its like getting laid for the first time
this is going to happen over the next 6 months

If it was like getting laid for the first time it would take 6 seconds...not 6 months.

thanks guys i really apreciate the well wishes,
Some days i think that my mindset is a curse. do you know how in some crazy heist movies, where theyre stealing like 500 million dollars, how the crok always says in one way or another, All i see anymore is the angles on a job.
All i see is business, how this makes money, how that works. Ill see a comcial on tv and not think of the product, but of the financial viability of it. i will see a coffee shop while on vacation and start talking up the waitress about the finances of the place.
Its a curse and a blessing, ill probably be well off in life financially, but that dosent equate happiness, not to say im not happy, i enjoy my life but you know what im sayin...
there are finer things in life than a dollar, a beautiful sunset, the feeling of fresh rain on your face, the smell of the air in the srping, the love of a good woman.... ahhh life.
