Demineralised Water?

Just wondering of you could use demineralised water in the PF Tek rather than distilled. What is the difference between demineralised and distilled water? If anyone could clarify I'd be grateful.

Distilled water is relatively pure water that contains very little solutes or dissolved substances. Demineralized water means all the mineral solutes have been taken out of the water, but other solutes may still be present. Demineralized water should work in theory.

afoaf always uses straight tap water with no problems i guess it all depends on what your city shits i mean puts in the water

I use straight up bottled water - Dasani =P I don't trust my city water it tastes like shit as it is.
