well finaaallly, it has grown cold like it should be in winter, went out today and found 8 aucklandii ... although theyre still few and far between, the season should last for about another 2 or 3 weeks up here... so bluemeanie drop me a line ;] i havent forgotten..
ill scan some photos shortly...they disentegrated into unrecognisable black 'n blue entities before i got them home today ... WOOHOOOOO

My God that's good to hear! I might head out to some forests sometime since the rain has stopped for a few days now. And there doesn't seem to be much growing on the bark and mulch around here. I do hope you post pics.

only found two dirty ones today, quite soggy.. im goin to try and print them tho .. do you need heavy prints for antibiotic agar?

big news on this species. It has been found - or a very similar mushroom has been found in southern victoria, Australia.
