you pics are blurry and the bottom one the spore print color isnt portrayed (spell check !??) and looks purple pink ....
Id agree with DH on Foenisecii which isnt much in the way of being active but the ones that are Panaeolus subbalteatus look exactly the same but have BLACK-BLACK spores and grow along side touching Foenisecii which is a good indicator cause you can see sometimes tons of them just from your car as they (Panaeolina foenisecii) are one of THE most common small, lawn (along with deadly Conocybes) shrooms around town in the lawns of homes, schools, parks, buisness, etc.
When you see this.....it means the others (SUBBs) can be present right along side and for the most part this isnt generally known as common knowledge and most will tell you that you must seek out ONLY hay and manure for SUBBs but that just isnt so........but they're not bad either......
Panaeolus foenisecii = SUBBs may be next to them
Some collections of P. subbalteatus may be too weak to be active
Watch out for Conocybe !

and this.......(havent read it myself yet but will right now) http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat...rue#Post3688975
WOW.....Ive only been reading a few replies so far and its alraedy a shroomery greatest hits (pardon the pun) thread.....lots of good points made so far on bothsides and I would also possibly throw Panaeolus fimicola / ater as a sometimes lookalike in the mix just for fun.....whats funny is the original posters avatar which sets the stage.....
after reading it definately a good one......just want to state one thing.......SUBBs ARE COMMON IN LAWNS !!! regaurdless.

Hey man, I live in PA. I have not found anything here but blue feet and pan subbs. If you want anything else, gotta go outta state. Trying looking for blue feet along river bed, they are poping up everywhere it seems like. I ate some today and had a great trip for about 6 hours listening to some pink floyd and 311.
Happy hunting!

Hey dude, you mentioned blue feet along a river bed. Do you have a link to any pictures or specs for these? I found a strang shroom in a local park the other day, and I picked a bunch of them cause the stems were all like a blue green color. I was going to make a post about it, but i seen this thread first and thought i'd ask you first thanks man

Every blue foot that I have found is greyish/white when I pick them and within 5 mins, is already staining bluish/green. Caerulipes always grown on or near dead wood or mulch. There is a huge mulch pile where I live and has had over growth of knot weeds which give the gover for the blue feet. Unfortunately, I donnot have access to a digital camera right now and do not have pictures, but I if ever get the chance, I will post them. If you have pictures of the mushrooms that you picked, I will be able to help you know if they are caerulipes.
Happy Hunting!
