Where do you like to trip?

Well, it's time for our annual trip, except this time we weren't wanting to do it at home. Home has been nice, and it allows us a central base - we can leave and go somewhere and always have a place to come back to to regroup, whatever.
A friend suggested camping but that didn't go over well with everyone in our group, a few have gone and have found it too disheartening (whimps!) Another suggested his place but I find it to be too small for a group of 6 (that's grouns for a definite bad trip).
Man, I wish I could rent a large house or something for the day, I wonder if you can? Like a bed & breakfast...anyway, where do you guys like to shroom?

out in the woods, tent at night or through forest paths in the day. its nice if theres natural big-tree parks with safe walking paths in your area. I used to live 5 miles from Felton, CA. home of roaring camp and the big redwoods. I would walk the hour-long loop in that on mushrooms all the time. staring up into the trees with the sun shining around every leaf. pondering so many amazing things. there was always a good amount of wildlife around to observe too, you could get into observing their rythms.

Nelson's Ledges. Devil's Icebox. And under the waterwall at the ledges. ha those were some good times. Anyone who knows where I am talking about knows what I am talking about. Nothing like big rocks.

My friend has a lakeside "trip house" which is actually a cottage. No running water or electricity, but there's a beautiful view of the lake and the sun drops down into the water at dusk. It's a perfect place to trip supposing it's warm.
Outside is my favorite, though.

I like tripping in the woods, anywhere that doesn't feel hectic, but peaceful, I've had bad trips at the mall, people are just strange when shroomin at a public place, at the movie theater is cool, I watched underworld, with those vampires on the big screen loaded on shrooms, it was dope.

movies are great. I saw spongebob on shrooms. the part at the end when hes playing the guitar and the GG's are flying out in crazy colors, I had strange rememberances of past salvia trips. psychedelics and movie theaters kick ass!

I live in northern cali, where I like to trip best is either in Santa Cruz on the beaches/caves/forest area at night. Or I have a cabin up by lake tahoe, and I like to go up there and trip half day half night.

I'm not so sure I'd be able to control my laughter if I was watching a Spongebob movie while tripping. That guy cracks me up, sober.

Last weekend I ate some cubes with a friend of mine at her house. We went for a walk in the hills of her relatively quiet neighborhood. There are all kinds of winding roads up there, lots of different plants, interesting houses, mostly friendly people.. On the other side was a view of the bay we have here, very nice to look out over while gurping. On the way over the hill we found a little road with Road Closed signs all over it, so we decided to walk down it, and it was great. Part of it had fallen victim to a slide from last winter's heavy rain, and so it was a foot-traffic only road. There were lots of cool plants to look at, many pretty flowers, some fruit trees that had goods to offer us. It was absolutely wonderful trippin around that neighborhood and looking at/eating the sights during the beautiful, sunny, warm day that it was!
My first time was at a friend's parents' expensive house, that was cool, many interesting looking things.
Second through sixth times were in Amsterdam..city tripping during day and night was cool..I was with a group, and didn't dose too high, so it was comfortable.
Gurped a couple of times at parties at clubs..the music is cooler of course, but the huge amount of people, and a little chaos wasn't the best of fun, but not too bad.. It can be difficult to carry on an animated conversation with a random smokin hot girl who walked up to me once while I was talkin to an old friend I ran into there. It was a fun ride tho. Clubs while gurping isn't my thing.
I guess Nature/Outdoors. Would like to at the beach.

I get paranoid very easy.. I need a house with all the phones off ad door locked that I can just chill and trip in.. any communication with the outside world is bad for me when I'm tripping..

I have quite conclusively decided that I have 2 favourite places.
1. A really nice nature walk or long hike.
2. At a spa. Swimming, chilling in a sauna or steam room, especially with a cold immersion pool outside the sauna/steam room. Did that at hotels while on vacation, it was amazing.

For me, nothing beats tripping inside my room on my couch with a very dim lamp (or no light at all) and my mp3 player. Or, if there's other people tripping with me, I lose the mp3 player and just use the stereo...
edit: however, I've never tripped in the woods yet, and everyone I talk to seems to think it's the bomb, so my attitude may/probably-will change in the future.
