What has changed that I can't grow any mushrooms?

Ever since summer rolled around here (Colorado) I have not been able to grow anything, Despite several attempts. My grow room is sitting at 74 degrees and 40% RH, and it's raining inside my terri's and my double tub too. All of my casings overlay, almost as soon as they're birthed, and they never start primordia at all. Could I have too high of humidity inside my grow room? This is all so strange because during the winter yields were fantastic.

Are you using an older substrain maybe? Try using some fresh spores.

wait, your FC is at 40%? Im not understanding, if you mean the ambient RH of the room your fc is IN, then ok. If not, raise RH to 90%.
Are you working from clones, lc, spores? If you started from spores you're just probably having some bad luck. My last grow was pretty disapointing, and my current grow is just sitting doing nothing. Shit happens, you just have to roll with the punches and be patient

Your problem is too low humidity this often causes overlayed conditions bro. It's not raining inside your FC's it simple condensation occurring from a difference in temps between the inside and outside of your FC. If you look closely you'll notice also your caps are all cracked another indication of low RH. Live and learn as experience is your best teacher my friend! GL

I used a closet once setup a nice little lab trouble was all the shit that was in there ended up in the bedroom that pissed off the GF then I ended up dumping her as she was getting in the way of my sterile culture technique! Ya I got priorities too!!!"

hmmm... I suspect you're right - too low fc rh, but the big question is how do I increase rh in my double tub? Use smaller holes? I used a 2 1/4 hole saw :-(

Did you say you used a 2 and 1/4 inch hole bit? I think maximum diameter should be around the 1/2 inch mark. Tape some holes off with duct tape that will help the moisture stick around. If you're casing layer looks dry mist it down, this will also help provide some extra moisture for the air.,

No way! I should have used a total of eight 1/2" holes!?!?! Instead of eight 2 1/4" holes? That's like... 20+ times too much hole area!
