Acouple of Q's?

What is a good temp and humidity for a fruit chamber (terrarium rubbermaid) Logicly, if there are alot of jars, they would create more co2 faster and use more oxygen faster, so if someone was using a 25-35 gallon rubbermaid container, how often should it be fanned with...oh say....around 10 jars in it? what should/could be done about jars not finishing together? My uncle started some jars, and 1/3 of them are 3/4's way done, and the rest are slower, at diffrent percentages of done.... when the first couple jars are ready for birthing, the rest won't be, and if someone only had the one chamber....any suggestions?

73 to 76 degrees.......95% or more humidity....mine is 98% humidity. fan 3 times a day. don't worry about jars being finnished together....just add the cakes as they finnish colonizing. get more chambers if your worried.

Thanks for the answers:) 1 problem is, my friend says they are in his 1 chamber, and she plans on converting that chamber into a fruiting chamber when a jar is ready. BUT the heater has to go into the fruiting chamber, how would the other jars be kept warm? She would rather not buy another setup for this...

The colonizing jars only need to be kept warm. Even room temp is OK but if you can put them in a box with a heating pad under it, that would be better. Mid 80's are good colonizing temps. Cheers

Don't use a heating blanket...fire hazard....might fry your jars. 83 degrees is the optimal temp for incubation. Make a incubator....look around in the posts. There are like 20 posts on incubators in the past month. I just posted some information tonight in fact.....sorry not going to repeat myself in the same day.
