Mycobag completely colonized, but not fruiting?

I think something is wrong with the parameters of the mycobag that I set up. It has been completely white for over a month now, but no pins are forming. For the past month or so (after colonization) I've had it next to a window- with the average temperature around 78 degrees. Until a couple of days ago, when I started wondering what the deal was, I left it alone. About two days ago, I cut open the top of the bag and sprayed a little water in and sealed it with paper clips- but still nothing has changed. Is there anything else I can do, or should I just stay patient?

It sounds like maybe your CO2 levels in the bag were too high to allow the pinheads to begin to form. I would say now that you have cut the top open, work on air exchange and maintaining surface humidity. I must admit I'm not sure if you can make your bag fruit at this point since it sat there in its unhappy state for a month, but its worth a try.

How frequently should I air it out? I was under the impression that the little white cloth would allow all the air exchange that was needed throughout the whole process. Thanks for the help, btw, it is much appreciated.

Once the myco-bag is fully colonised you need to cut it off half way and case it .Then wait for the mycelium to grow through the case. Then place bag inside a humidity tent or FC.
The white patch on the bag as it was is not enough for air exchange go here for more detailed instructions
