Those Italians are a bunch of pansy bitches. They have perfected the art of feigning misery and dismay by covering their faces with their hands.
That said, they broke the stalemate with a sweet goal, and earned the victory.

indeed... to both... as soon as that first goal fell, i knew there would be a second one... oh well... we're out... at least i know germany went down like men and not like the english team making up excuses and blaming a skapegoat and not like the argentinian team trying to start a beating...
that being said... portugal FTW!!!

I don't get soccer. Scoring is so rare, it seems whoever is lucky enough to get the first goal usually takes the game

Yah yah, nevermind the disallowed penalty, the foul in the box which should've been a penalty, Rooney getting called for a foul when he was getting attacked by two Portuguese. Oh, and the ref was an Argie, go figure.

Ah ziddy...
The World Cup is only every 4 years.
And Germany won't be hosting again for a VERY long time. Probably 40-50 years at the least. That's why they were so upset. They lost the chance to win it on home soil.

Don't think so man. France decided to stop attacking and defend their advantage, and did so admirably. How many times did you see Portugal shoot at the goals? Maybe once? Twice? That's about it. France shut the game down after Zizou scored and exerted just enough energy to stay one up.
Maybe if the Portuguese players spent less time falling over in the box and waving their arms in disbelief at the ref and more time trying to get the ball then the story would be different ... but as it stands: GO FRANCE!
Portugal and Italy really do give soccer a bad name.
P.S. Christian Ronaldo is a little bitch.

not true, por had alot of looks at the goal but couldn't fucking finish.
that supposed caravalho foul in the box was bullshit. henry was actually standing ON his foot when he went down.
fuck.
