I?ve been unanimous for quite some time now, but I had to register in order to make this post. So I guess you can say I?ve been inactive up until now.
MycronMagic, I find it ironic that you decided to make this post after Mushroom-Madness? Dynamic Spore-a-Nator? was introduced. According to your tek, The Spore Spreader turned out to be to much time and money. Now it is making a come back. How can to much time and money make a come back? I?m curious to know where you have seen a product that is similar to the spore spreader and costs $15? I only ask because the only thing that I can think of is the Dynamic Spore-a-Nator? from Mushroom-Madness. But there is nothing similar about the two product except the fact that they accomplish the same thing. The only thing is that Mushroom-Madness? Dynamic Spore-a-Nator? accomplishes it?s goal more efficiently. Here are a few facts about both products.
Is your Spore Spreader leak resistant? No
Does your Spore Spreader come pre-sterilized? No
Are additional parts needed for the Spore Spreader? Yes
Does the Spore Spreader equal out to be $5 in the end? No
When someone is shaking your Spore Spreader to distribute the spores, will water leak through the hole that is covered by the filter disc? Yes
When someone is shaking your Spore Spreader to distribute the spores, will my some of my spores get absorbed through the filter disc? Yes
Pricing Facts:
Micron Magic Spore Spreader +$5.00 (but I must supply my own epoxy)
1.25oz of Epoxy (From Home Depot) +$4.93
So far this equals out to =$9.93
My time and labor (Priceless) +$5.00 (For the sake of argument)
This is a total of =$14.93 (What a rip off for an inferior product)
The Spore Spreader Comes with one filter disc. Once the filter disc is no longer useable I must buy some more. This is an additional $5.00 for another 25. Now we are up to $19.93. What happened to the $5.00 you claim it will cost?
Now, Mushroom-Madness? Dynamic Spore-a-Nator?
Is Mushroom-Madness? Dynamic Spore-a-Nator? Leak resistant? Yes
Is Mushroom-Madness? Dynamic Spore-a-Nator? Pre-sterilized? Yes
Are additional Parts needed for Mushroom-Madness? Dynamic Spore-a-Nator?? No
When someone shakes Mushroom-Madness? Dynamic Spore-a-Nator? to distribute spores, will there be any leakage? No
When someone shakes Mushroom-Madness? Dynamic Spore-a-Nator? to distribute spores, is there anything that will obsorb my spores? No
Do you have to remove the cap on Mushroom-Madness? Dynamic Spore-a-Nator? to fill it? No
Mushroom-Madness Dynamic Spore-a-Nator? $10.00 each/ Box of three $19.00/ Box of ten $50.00
Additional parts and labor $0.00
I can buy one of Mushroom-Madness? Dynamic Spore-a-Nators? for $4.93 less than what your spore spreader costs. Or I can buy 3 of Mushroom-Madness? Dynamic Spore-a-Nators? for $0.93 less than having one of your spore spreaders with a refill of filter discs.
I guess what I?m trying to say is that Mushroom-Madness? Dynamic Spore-a-Nator? is much more efficient than your spore spreader, less of a hassle, and less expensive. Basically, Mushroom-Madness? Dynamic Spore-a-Nator? is a far better product for less money. It is time to retire the spore spreader.
By the way, I didn?t make your link clickable because anyone can click on your signature to get to your page. I'm no sock puppet, just a newbie with a legitimate point!
If you respond to this, respond with facts about the topic at hand and leave out all personal attacks. (The minute you start calling me names, I will report you directly to the moderators).
And dont try to changing the topic to something about your teks were once used by so-and-so... bla-bla-bla... We are talking about the "Spore Spreader", nothing more, nothing less!

MicronMagic Said: "Well Mushroom Madness has changed it's price since the original post."
The post does not list any prices, I've read it before it was edited. And I've just read it. You don?t have to make things up!
MicronMagic Said: "Another funny thing is your adding $5.00 for your time and labor. ROTGLMMFAO Proof that you a puppet only vendors put a price on their time!!!"
I'm sure I can speak for everyone when I say that my time is priceless. No ones times is free. You are silly to think that you have to be a vendor for your time to be valuable. That is very arrogant of you. Anyone with half a brain would agree that their time is valuable...
I've legitimately challenged your product, and all you have to say is "I must be a vendor." You are dead wrong. A conscious consumer, yes. A vendor no. But I should of expected you to try and change the topic from your INFERIOR Product (In my opinion), to making silly statements by saying that I'm a vendor. A weak attempt to try to change the focus of this discussion.
The people who had something positive to say about your post didn't receive such treatment. You are really a piece of work.
MicronMagic Said: "Too funny about adding $4.93 for 1 or 2 drops of epoxy."
The last time I checked, you cant run to the hardware store and ask for 1 or 2 drops of epoxy.
MicronMagic Said: "Most people have some sort of epoxy around the house."
That is so untrue. If everyone had epoxy around the house, we wouldn't be buying supplies to construct a terrarium, and we wouldn?t be buying supplies to glue together your Spore Spreader. I cant believe I am even commenting on such a silly statement.
MicronMagic Said: "Hmm maybe I'll offer volume discounts too. 3 for $10.00 and 10 for $30.00"
Offering volume discounts will not make up for the lack of ability the spore spreader has. But by all means, please do so. But if you wish to follow Mushroom-Madness lead, go a head. But I think it is time to go back to the drawing board with your Spore Spreader, or just scrap it and try something new. I believe the term is called "Bowing out gracefully."
I'm not trying to be a dick, I'm just offering Positive critisim. In comparrison to the two, yours does not compare. I'm sorry to tell you this, but someone has to. There are to many cons, and not enough pros when it comes to MicronMagic Spore Spreader.
