ok, my setup includes the tub within a tub of water, I am using a heating blanket and 50 watt aquarium heater, my temperature is around 88F and my humidity is staying only around 50-60%, i just started using a water spray bottle and am waiting to see any positive outcomes, any tips or advice?

well tub in tub is usualy used for heat alone, therefor your temps are fine. i would think you would not need the heating blanket cause 88 IMO is a little high. ive been told 80-85 is ideal cause the jars generate heat inside themselves.
and as far as your humidity, what are you spraying? just water inside the tit? you dont need humidity for incubation (growing myc in the jars). you need humidity when you are fruiting. for humidity just get an empty tub, pour some perlite in, pour some water, and thats it. plenty of teks on the site. if you need help just reply or pm.

Are we talking about incubation or fruiting?
Incubation - humidity irrelevant, temps around 80-85F Fruiting - humidity near 100%, temps lower

i am incubating right now, and am only spraying water, ok well i was pretty sure that i read humidity for incubation but oh well, so does the perlite help keep humidity high?
edit: also, does it matter if water/condensation gets inside the jars?

Perhaps it's my ignorance (a bit of a newb myself) but I think we need some more background.
I've never heard of a tek that involved spraying or humidity during incubation. Perhaps you could explain a bit more about what you are trying to accomplish.
As for your last question, you do not want anything getting into the jars during incubation, as that could be a vector for contamination. All the water that the jars need should already be inside (and sterilized).

Dude, go to the search engine and use it! Thats what it is for. You can find the answers to all of your questions there. You are obviously a little confused if you are misting your inubator.

And yes, perlite rocks. Type in perlite in the search and it will tell you all about it. Click Here - Perlite Humidification Technique
