Is 265cfm too weak for this filter?

Is 265cfm too weak for this filter?

HEPA- Particle Board Frame
99.99% efficiency (.3 microns)
Size: 12" x 24" x 6"

I’m only seeing blowers that are 265cfm or 465cfm. I know 465 is too much, but is 265cfm strong enough for the job?

Thanks,
ShroomNoob03

In science it often happens that scientists say, 'You know that's a really good argument; my position is mistaken,' and then they would actually change their minds and you never hear that old view from them again. They really do it. It doesn't happen as often as it should, because scientists are human and change is sometimes painful. But it happens every day. I cannot recall the last time something like that happened in politics or religion.

You can always block off part of the intake to reduce the flow, but nothing can give you more air if you don't have enough. Another option is to use the larger motor and use a motor speed controller(not lighting dimmer) to adjust speed.
