Here's a price guide if anybody is ever forced to visit the Midwest, Kansas City to be more specific....
Shrooms--when they come around: $10 per gram.
Acid: $5 per hit, $10 for the good acid
Ecstasy: $20-$30 per pill. Avg. $25 for decent quality
Kind Budz (medium quality): $50 per 1/8th, $100 per 1/4, no price break until bought in the ounces
Kind Nugz (high quality): $60-$75 per 1/8th, $120-150 per 1/4, ditto
Commercial: $20 per quarter, $40 1/2, $60 oz, $300-$600 per pound
I don't know anything else cuz my gecko's informant won't do any other type of drug.

I know a guy in Indiana that sells them for an average of $30 for 3 grams. Lowest I've ever seen for poor quality was $15 for 3 grams. Highest I've seen was $50 for 3 grams. From what I've seen from the price guides in High Times, the average price is about $30 an 1/8th.

Ouch guys... I see some of you are being ripped off badly.... I pay $80 an ounce Canadian... But that's from Calgary... (that's about an hour and a half drive from here). But yeah... Just thought I would let you in on how bad your dealers are treating you....

I read some were that in maryland they can go for 170 an oz to 500 qp.....
You people that live in canada have it made you pay cheap prices for bud and mushrooms.

I live in Kentucky and a half quarter (8th) goes for about $35-40.. which is bull considering ITS KY and we grow hella weed.. but, I'm growing my own shrooms so I'm not worried about street price too much.

I dont think its a rip off.
The mushroom grower really needs to learn what they are doing to grow a decent amount of quality mushrooms, it can be quite hard work, at the very least time consuming.
Not to mention the signifigant risk of growing and possession. Its a serious charge.
The bulk grower usually sells at a discount price to the middle men, who have to bring it back up to make a modest profit for the risk they are also taking.
Manufacture of a controlled substance, criminal sale, conspiracy, criminal possesion etc. All so that the buyer doesn't need to do the work or assume most of the risk, which they are very free to do if they know how to read.
10 bux a gram
30 an eighth
50 per quarter
150 ounce.
I think its fair enough in the US. If the laws were more lax, then the price should drop some accordingly as people would be able to grow on a larger scale without fear and would thus achieve a profit at selling for drastically reduced prices.

Because it was one I was interested in and I was like damn I know the price of stuff has changed a lot in 12 years. I think gas was like $1.50 12 YEARS AGO. So I wanted to see how much things have changed, especially given the depression we are in, err uh I mean Dear Leader's fantastic economic recovery.

Well I wouldn't exactly say recession proof  the fact everything else went up and these items stayed the same means lowered expectations of value for producers. Good thing cows won't be demanding mo munneh for expertly laying down a patty in the correct place.

Ohh don't go there. I have a friend who lives in Colorado. He says its a bitch to leave the state now because the fuzz stops people for crap like a 1mph over the limit to play 20 questions with people and ask to search the car because its gotta have weed in it. It's made him late for work because he works in WY in the oil and gas fields there, and so they thing peeps from CO are hauling $400 /oz legal weed up to WY. Which when you run the numbers is idiotic.
