How much pressure?

Hello shroomery,
I have a pressure cooker with a maximum pressure of 10 psi. Is this enough pressure to sterilize rye or birdseed?. If not what is it capable of? I didnt seem to have any problems with finch seed. Do i just need to pressurize longer than usual?..

Well you'll be fine with 10psi, just PC it 30 mins longer.
