I am sure that you have your brugmansia in a pot. Since it's a tree, you won't expect from it to keep it's flowers. Just like my lemon tree, I have it in a barel but it never keeps it's flowers.
If you can't find a good place to re-pot it, then I would suggest searching for strong fertilizers.
Could you post a picture from your tree ?

well the pot should be big enuff. ive seen brugs flower with similar sise pots at the local GC.
its about 4 months old now and its already developed one seedpod wich is almost mature.
could it be that its just too young to finish the flowers properly?
illtry to upload some pics later.

i give em plenty of light, but no ferts yet. there only 4 month old seedlings yo.
i grew em under florescant tubes and have moved them to my windowsill facing west to see if that helps. they dont get much direct sunlight, but theres florescant tubes hanging partialy over them.
if it was a nutritional problem the flowers would fall off altogether, stem and all. but thats not what it does. the flowers are fine and vital, they just pollinate themselves before they open and the flower drops as a result of that, leaving a developing seedpod.
just how much light do they need? i assumed if it could develope a pod id have plenty of light...

How about moisture content. Don't they flower during the dryest part of the year in the wild.
