recycling????

I have two trays of Horse dung innoc. with B+...I've gotten a couple flushes out of them...very good results....
Just wanted to make sure that it works to break up the used substrate in the trays and make about 4 new trays with new horse dung? Can you recycle your old substrate like this and get new mycelium growing on the new dung????
ANy replies greatly appreciated.

I took some old cakes before, put them in hydrogen peroxide for a minute and then spooned
out into a sterilzed jar of malt solution. After several days the mycellium recovered and
started to grow. I got more inoculant than I could use...

I don't know about doing this with dung (the malt water has readily available sugars)
but I'd say it's worth a try...
