there are some healthy foods which are more nutritious after cooking (e.g. tomatoes) and there are some healthy foods which may only be eaten after cooking (e.g. beans). i don't see any reason to exclude them from the diet or eat them raw when they're better cooked.
sure, quite a number of cooked and processed foods are also unhealthy; eliminating them from the diet and replacing them with fresh fruit and vegetables is a healthy move, but eliminating all cooked foods is completely uneccesary.
there is nothing wrong with the cooking process. the notion that it alters or destroys important amino acids is not supported by scientific studies, and cooking was is use before modern homo sapiens even evolved.
the website you link to makes a bunch of completely false or unsupported claims. for example, human beings are not the only species to suffer from disease and premature death. it's quite common in other species. the page is just one claim after another and very few are appropriately cited. where did the author get these facts?

Where did sleepy get the fact that "people used to live longer"? Its just made up bullshit, people have imaginations, they don't have to know anything.
It gets most amusing when they are questioned, because then they will proclaim that you can't know or prove anything, and then will continue to support their bullshit claims.
 Peace.

you will die if you don't eat beef? i don't think so. animals do not synthesize B vitamins, iron, or most other things they can provide in a human diet - they get them from plants, and if you really want, you can too.

Food Sources of B Vitamins
Quote:
WATER-SOLUBLE VITAMINS
Thiamine (vitamin B-1) is found in fortified breads, cereals, pasta, whole grains, lean meats, fish, dried beans, peas, and soybeans. Dairy products, fruits, and vegetables contain some thiamine as well.
Niacin (vitamin B-3) is found in dairy products, poultry, fish, lean meats, nuts, and eggs. Legumes and enriched breads and cereals also supply some niacin.
Folate is found in green, leafy vegetables and many foods are now fortified with it as well.
Vitamin B-12 is found in eggs, meat, poultry, shellfish, milk and milk products.
Pantothenic acid and biotin are found in eggs, fish, dairy products, whole-grain cereals, legumes, yeast, broccoli and other vegetables in the cabbage family, white and sweet potatoes, lean beef, and other foods.
Quote:
Since there isn't a reliable and adequate souce of vitamin B12 in plant foods, total vegetarians should obtain their dietary needs either from foods fortified with B12, such as some fortified ready-to-eat cereals, fortified soy beverages, fortified meat analogs, or from the regular use of a vitamin B12 supplement.
Someone who follows a strictly vegan raw food diet would benefit from taking a B-12 supplement. Alternatively, they could add "raw" (non-pasteurized) milk in their diet, but many states do not allow the sale of raw milk for human consumption.

Firstly, I would definately agree that eating a diet 100% can be healthy. It has been proven many times, google can easily testify to this.
I think the most important thing is to know your body. Eating junk food, red meat, white products (sugar, salt, flour), or improperly combining foods all directly effect our health.
Not to mention that diet isnt the only factor of preventing or acquiring a disease.
