Well I'm moving into my mother's guest room in August, and next month's rent is already paid for because I realized my security deposit can simply cover that. Gonna live with my mom or a month, learn Spanish, become CELTA accredited, and then head down to ARgentina.

Oh, well then you should have no dilemma. The Phil tour is mostly in the N.E. I would do some touring if I were in your shoes.

Sorry Pris but you're not as uber-perceptive as you may believe yourself to be. I posted and asked this simply because I'm stuck quite in the middle between the two and I just wanted to see each side presented to me from varying viewpoints.
