Jars Bluing in Fridge

I put 9 jars I am not ready to use in the bottom drawer of my fridge about 2 weeks ago. I checked on them this morning and they are bluing pretty good. Should I remove them? Will they still be usable once I spawn them to poo? Also, I kept them in the incubator for awhile before deciding I would put them in the fridge, and several formed invitro pins while in the incubator. I assume before I spawn to poo I can just pull these off and it would be just the same right?

The blueing could be brusing, or dehydration. (since they're still in the jars, it's the latter i'm sure. dont worry about those invitro pins, just crumble and spawn

he needs to worry about those pins, they'll rot if he cases or spawns without removing them

FYI to whoever may do a search on jar shelf life in the fridge - I Took the jars mentioned above out of the fridge about a week ago and spawned them, and they are colonizing a tray of poo just fine. That means that my jars stayed good in the fridge for a period of about 6 months!

I've used them after two years. Rye seems to keep the mycelium alive almost as long as wood, and definitely longer than agar.
Actually, I've spawned pins to compost and even left invitro pins in place during grain to grain transfers. They've never rotted on me, but instead break back down to mycelium and colonize the substrate. Here's what happens when you drop pins on agar. RR

Its good to know they will turn back to mycelium, cause it can be a pain to pluck them all off
