hey how do you keep the top container down in an incubator without floating ontop of the water underneath? or is that fine? thanks

then what's the point of putting plastic suppport on the bottom of the container (4x in the corners for support)?

so the weight of your jars if you have so many doesn't cause it to sink so much that water spills out the sides and/or crushes your heater. you don't want your heater in contact with the surface of the top tub or you might melt a hole in it.

You could use two different size Rubbermaid containers like I do... putting the smaller one into the larger one leaves a void for more water and you don't have to worry about it floating.

This what I do and recommend a slight air space under the top tub is no problem.
