Sterilize some substrate and stick it in there like you'd stick a penis into a vagina, mang.

Then take a shit in your Keeper's Brew, for good measure.

you cut out wedges of agar and use that to inoculate your grain jars.

you can also use a wedge of agar to start an LC jar.

OK...Work with me here...Cus i think I understand, but I'm not sure...

If I use it to inoculate grain jars, I'm using it as a way to grow more mycellium with the ultimate intention of innoculating straw???

But, is it posssible to mix it into a casing like soil and vermiculite???

You take 3 to 4 small wedges of agar off your petri plates...

and insert those into a sterilized grain jar...

for example...Rye Grain.

the mycelium on the agar wedges will inoculate your grain jars.

after your grain jars are fully colonized...
you can spawn(mix) these jars with pastuerized straw, or horse poo, or compost...etc. <---these are called bulk substrates.

then you wait for your bulk substrate to fully colonize...
then you add a casing layer.

when the mycelium starts coming up through the casing layer you put it in the fruiting chamber...
and with the proper growing conditions you will get fruit.

understand better?

do some reading...k

Look guys...No offense, but I'm far from a novice (been growing off and on for 28 years)...and if you read some of my 90+ posts you'd realize that I DO my reading...

I've never worked with agar before and I asked a specific question about casing the agar to get it to fruit...Perhaps, I didn't phrase it properly (yesterday was a 16 hour work day), but...if you read the question...It's not the grain jars that confuse me...It's whether or not the agar could be pulverized somehow and cased in say soil/vermiculite...left to colonize and then forced to fruit...

No that will not work...I read what you asked.

that is why I typed out what would work for you.

If you need any help just ask.
