EXPLODED!! BBBBBBBBAAAAAAAADDDDDDDD SMELL!!

my jars i came home to find this afternoon had exploded the foil lids had been torn through by my BRF substrate......

really bad funky smell they were only a week old to FUCK my first failure......

any insight to stop this happening again??

PF TEK by the numbers...
and use a pressure cooker to sterilize yer jars.
