Is ok to add avocado pear peelings and pulp to the compost pile???

Does anybody know for sure if is ok to add avocado pear peelings and pulp (about 10% of the compost pile volume)to the compost pile?

Not really an expert with compost piles lol, but considering its all organic stuff which will decompose, can't imagine why not. And if your talking about orange juice pulp, I'm told that stuff is really nutritious for humans. Though it probably won't benefit your compost pile more than any other thing you would normally add.

Thanks for you answer iamyour_messiah, but I need somebody who know for sure...
The avocado pear peelings are 3% resins so maybe is not good idea....
When I said pulp I meant avocado pear pulp, not orange...
PLEASE HELP!!!

So the resins are destroy throught out the compost process?
I found this about the avocado pear composition (sorry but chemiclas are in spanish..):
PULP: oils ( 13%) saponinas (2%) asparagina ( 0,5%) gums no cristalizable sugar
PEELINGS: perseíta (0,9%) resins (3%) minerals (7%) málico acid salts

when foods are composted other organisms are eating away at it, they help to break it down to more usable nutrients for the mushrooms
