I have been trying to find a website that tells you how to make Morning Glory Wine. The only thing I have found for it is this:
Pick a min. of 15-20 flowers and 10 seeds but you can add more.
Add them to some water so all flowers are submerged and let it ferment after a few weeks you get a mildly alcoholic wine that gives a "Marijuana High" for a few hours.
I was wondering if anyone knows if this is true and also has anyone tried this?

I have never heard of that. I don't think I would try that either.

Basically any combination of sugar, yeast and a flower will give you a wine (and eventually vinegar) google search dandelion wine for simple ideas. I'd imagine that MGW would be bitter as heck, and I seriously doubt that it would be anything at all similar to MJ or that you'd even catch a good buzz, probly just get sick and a little drunk.

i orginally found the information about MGW at erowid http://www.erowid.org/plants/morning_glory/morning_glory_faq.shtml#wine and erowid says The flowers of the morning glory may be steeped in water for a week or two to produce a mildly alcoholic wine with a distinctively pleasant flavor and very mild psychedelic effect, on the order of hemp. Once again herbs and/or honey can be added to good effect.
the information I posted previously I found at this website http://www.cannabisculture.com/forums/sh...=true#Post69266

They open you up to the possibility that everything you know is wrong, and government and society spend a lot of money educating you into being a loyal worker, consumer, debt payer and citizen."

Heh, water into wine, eh? Well if you do try it, just go with the flowers and no seeds first. The seeds are vasoconstricters, take it easy with those. There's a bit of tall tales on the CC site. LSA doesn't turn into LSD in the body, and they certainly are more 'dangerous' or in other words there is more 'body-load' than LSD, ie. puking, pains in legs, strain on the heart, etc.

I have tried the simple MG wine with ~80 fresh heavenly blue flowers, steeped for 2 weeks. No results other than a very attractive fuscia colored water. Good for making tea pretty, but not much else.
