Last weekends hunt (pics...Caerulipes!!!)

Just getting to post these. The big news is I found my first honest to goodness psilocybe!!! I'm pretty sure they are Caerulipes (especially considering how prominent they seem to be this year). These were found in a rather small patch in an pretty "unnatural" place, that being in the plantings in front of a hotel in a fairly urban setting (though within a half mile or so of a rather large river).

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Second, Some interesting pan subb group ( alittle water logged though, but with stems that had a remarkably bluish tone)

Lastly, a nice showing of my interesting ballon friends ( as yet undescribed i believe, and seeming more and more ubiquitous)

I'll continue to post on these as the season progresses.

Nice Is it just me, or is this the year for Caerulipes?

Great finds! Thanks for sharing and I think it's just you whiteknight, I'd say yesteryear was the year as someone found them, posted pics, and told us to look near rivers/creeks, this year someone did(shroomydan).

Thanks everyone looking. I went out again this morning.
Found one more at the patch that I had mentioned. I'm in northern va., in an pretty urban/suburban area, though in the flood plain of the potomac river.

Found somemore of the subbs. Now these have differences from these next pics, which i also found today
I'm hoping to compare them under the microscope soon and i'll post pics when i do.
Here are some more "ballons" from today. MJ, are these the ones you were refering to? I'm not sure what these are. Here is a some info from Workman concerning a specimen that I had sent him. There are also links to posts from last year regarding these. Here are some other "ballonish" ones which look similiar to the others however these have black spores.

Cool finds on the subbs I seen a few foes today down by the river, but I was focusing on putting my swimmies on for the knotweed forests.

Nice finds there.. That's a lot of Panaeolus mushrooms there too. LOL.
I haven't seen that many Panaeolus in one hunt in my area for years.
