depends on the union, the only union I was in sucked ass, the members voted to change to a new one because the one they originaly voted in was doing more for the company than they were the workers, problem is it would take a year to have another union brought in and in that year pay and benefits would be cut

lots of places down here aer union busters, start talking about unions and
you'll find a new job really fast.

yeah I hear you I have heard some horror stories about some unions and union busting is becoming ever more popular. I have seen some of the anti-union videos law firms who specialize in union busting come out with. They are horrible filled with lies and half truths I don't know how anyone believes some of the crap they spew.
