Try misting heavily, covering with foil, then putting in your fridge for 24hrs, take it out, mist it heavilty, another 24 hrs, take it out, mist it heavily, then put it in the FC.
Even one set of 24hrs would prolly work. That sounds like a PAIN IN THE ASS THOUGH! Sry your havin such a hard time! You coulda started w/ rye and had a casing finished by now normally! Good luck man!

u should duck tape your clear tub so no light can hit the substrate first... as i have read scraping your cassing if not overlayed is a total wast...your just
making the mycellium work harder to repair itself..work='s more nutrition of the substrate wasted....
and what is your lighting cycle? iv always used a 2ft 20 watt florecent...12h cycle with great results

so you've been trying to fruit for a month?
how long did you wait before scratching? i've seen stubborn cases take just over 2 weeks to pin, not unusual. like another poster mentioned, the scratching did nothing but aggravate the myc. you may have been very close but by screwing with it set the clock back.
i also wouldn't have dunked with bleach. some say its ok. i say its totally unnecessary, possibly harmful, possibly will cause mutants. but what's done is done.
i also doubt cold shocking in the fridge is going to do anything.
if anything i might up the FAE. you've got them in mycobags as an fc? is that with a filter patch? and by several times a day how many and what exactly are you doing? i'd fan the hell out of it for about 15 seconds every few hours if possible (5-6 times a day) followed by a light misting. do you have anything else in the mycobag to help keep humidity up? a real quick and dirty way is to lay some paper towels down in the bottom of the bag, mist them down til they're damp, then set your tray on top trying to leave some of the paper towel surface exposed.
otherwise it does look healthy, and i don't think its necessarily a lost cause just yet. i'd keep up a regimen of FAE and misting and wait it out a little longer. don't do anything drastic to it again like scratching, chances are you're only going to delay if not ruin it.

I'm thinking maybe your ph was out of wack if it wasn't the bleACH or anything else. Also even though you were misting, maybe the humidity wasn't high enough in the bags. Add some perlite. Pinning RH should be 95-100%. I'd say start over if raising humidity doesn't help.

Actually, just take some of the colonized substrate and spawn it to some poo. That would prolly be the fastest way to recover from this.
