what do you want out of life?

I've thought a lot about this, and what I really want is pretty simple:
for myself:
A little house, true love, a little garden, and a little peace and fucking quiet. Enough money not to have to worry, but not so much money that it becomes a worry.
for the world:
peace on earth, space exploration, ending world poverty, survival of all the earth's lifeforms
Honestly, I think that is all anyone needs. But people still want more.
"You know what a Hasay is, friend? That's a pig who can't fly straight. He wants too much."
fuck those greedy bitches. When the revolution comes, they'll be the first against the wall.
You see, I've had evil people come to me and offer me everything I could ever want: money, sex, drugs, you name it.
But in order to have these things, I would have had to put myself in Satan's service. Fuck that. No amount of money is worth that. No pussy is worth that. No drug could help me live with myself after signing a deal with the devil. Take that job and shove it.
I'll earn what I need. And if anyone tries to take what is mine, they'll get a big shiny cap in their ass for their efforts.
How people could be unsatisfied with exactly what they need is fucking beyond me. How people could have so much and yet still want more, to the point of depriving other people of theirs, is beyond me. Fuck those assholes.
So from now on, all my efforts will be invested in the goals I have mentioned above. And anything extra will be given to a worthy charity. If everyone resticted their desires to these simple pleasures, this planet would truly be paradise for everyone.
And for all those people who have everything they need and still want more I say this: enjoy it while it lasts, and prepare for hot weather.

its fear that drives greed. I don't know where it comes from but every now and then i get a pang. especially with kids college etc...
it creeps up on you. A little house, true love, a little garden, and a new washing machine. Well shit, I almost forgot; while I was wishing I also wished for "Enough money not to have to worry".
Well where is that money coming from? Its the have and the have nots. It's going from a young girl thats working 18 hours a day somewhere in china putting that washing machine together so that walmart can make your dreams come true...
i'm gonna puck, not because i aint a consumer...but because i'm answering your question.

the fear that we might not get enough oil to grease the wheels...
"I've thought a lot about this, and what I really want is pretty simple:"
You basically want something for nothing, you don't want to take responsibility for yourself, and you want that warm and fuzzy feeling that only Uncle George can supply. a fearless nation standing in the threshhold of diseaster

we are coming back to our roots...
soon we'll all be a nation of sharecroppers
and you can thank your stupid religions for electing a complete moron...
I was a simple man, with simple means, just like you; until, I realized that we are being sold so that a few blue bloods can have more breathing room...

"I just need my ping pong game, and the ashtray, and the lamp, and that's all I need, oh yeah and my thermos."

sure, everyone needs little things to make them happy. What do you think I am, a communist?
The only thing wrong with America is that it doesn't cut the rest of the world a fair deal.
people need to learn that its not about color, or nationality, or religious creed. WE ARE ALL ONE PEOPLE. We are humans!
Its time to unite as once race and get shit done. This blockbuster starbucks crap is gettin old and worn out.
Not that I don't appreciate a mocha frapuccino, or a good flick, but there is more to life than that. A LOT MORE. Much more than you can possibly imagine.
Of course, there is magic and technology, but why should one rule out the other? Why does everyone want to rule things out? Why can't these ways of understanding peacfully coexist? Once people start using their egos correctly all these lies and treachery will seem like silly child's play. Like it has seemed to me from the very beginning.
Such foolishness and nonsense you humans indulge in! You should be ashamed. The aim of life is to sustain life while filling it with as many pleasures as possible. Pleasure should not override work, and work should not rule out pleasure. It really is that simple.
The fact of the matter is, we are still only a tiny fraction of the way into our development as a species. The time we are in now is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY in the past.
A lot of people want to skip forward to the good part. Go ahead, if you think you're ready. But you're not going to understand the later parts of the movie if you don't watch it in sequence. Also, due to the general fucked up mess of the space-time continuum, sequences change and often new branches are selected or deselected by their author(s).
There's a lot of shit that can happen in the time we are in right now. Things can go a lot of different ways. Which is good. But I should hope that humans will choose the right way, otherwise, they will perish. This could be a really sad shitty movie, believe me. Those who have great power had better start using it properly. Otherwise, they will destroy both themselves and those closest to them.

so waht do you want out of life?
I figure its a one shot deal and you better get it right today. You treat everyone as you would like them to treat you. It's hard to do especially when you don't meet the standards yourself. It easy to see, its hard to do.

I've always treated everyone as I would like to be treated. It hasn't reaped me much earthly reward.
but I know that my real treasures await me at home.
you have no idea how much I can't wait to get there
crawl into bed, sleep for a few thousand years, then say whats up to my fine honeys.
"How was Earth, Master?"
"Aww, man it completely sucked as usual. Those people are so fucked. But I did bring back some Simpsons DVD's!"

I want to travel all over the world. See things, you know. I want to go to Africa the most, see Kenya and travel around do some Safari stuff. Get a house I like, find me a cool girl, and in my dreams: I wish not to work for any of it :-P And, despite all the dialectic debate we've gone through to prove or disprove a god; I want to see that hes real. I already am sure he is, but I guess I wanna see for myself and that you don't need necessarily need one religion to have faith. Just faith in itself and a winning philosophy. So far, if there is a god(which I still believe)... I'd have to say he/she/what ever has been pretty rewarding even though I lack appreciation at times.

you're right about religion. Its bunk
just believe
God is a white light inside you.
The world around you is a simulation. Its a training facility.
Do well in this world, and you will be rewarded with a blank slate of your own, with which to project your own creation upon!
thats the finish line!
try not to stumble and fall too much, or it might take you awhile to get there

i wont say religion is completly bunk. it does serve a purpose. i think ive come to a final conclusion after all this. a man himself cannot prove there is a god, well i wont say can't. but i know i can't. beyond my capabilities. so, i think if you believe in god hes there, if you don't hes still there you just dont believe in him. if you can see beyond most of the controversy and don't believe in god, then you've kinda seen past a certain driving force. and i think that driving force is god. who knows for sure? i'll just do what i know is right.

good for you
not believing in God is a dangerous proposition. He tends to take that pretty personally
and yes, religion serves a purpose, to an extent. The question is, is that purpose good or evil? It can be both, but on this planet I see much evil in organized religion.
Doing evil in the name of God is a crime punishable by the worst consequence you can possibly imagine.
So to all those who kill in Jesus' name, and to all those men of the cloth who rape choirboys, I say: prepare for hot weather, morons

well, they pretty much waste it!
I waste a lot of things in my mind. Resources, lovers, people I don't like, you name it.
But to waste the earth's resources is a foolish endeavor.
for the resources in your mind never expire
but the earth itself has a definite expiration date.
I think the object of life on Earth, at the present time, is to get off the Earth
before the milk goes sour.

I want a wife, love a first sight, long loving marriage with deep affection, and a kid or two who I would teach the beauty of gods earth, and how to have peace and love in life.
If I was born to be an "eunuch" , then I want peace and some money to do my replacement passion: analog photography
