Birdseed Tek Question

what kind of birdseed is used for this tek?
does anyone have a picture so i know what to pick up?

I use Finch Food. Any brand will do but if there are sunflower seeds in the shell, run it through a colander first to remove them.

Finch seed is reccommended, but I strain the sunflower seeds out, run them through a coffee grinder and put them back in...I would be careful not to get too high of a concentration of millet (i.e. parakeet seed) as I have had it overcook at the standard 2/3 cup seed and 1/3 cup h20 ratio and turn out worthless...
