But to answer the original question: Iv'e listened a lot to Alan Watts lately, and he speaks of these things. You should check him out. I don't know what he writes in his books, though its probably the same.

In a way, it is true. You are the creator of the universe as you know it. What I mean to say is that
the universe is created as model within your brain in order to make sense of your perceptions.
All of us live within a universe of our own creation.

I think that all things are connected to God at some level, so we are all God in a way.

you are the creator, in a way. you do create, but we humans also destroy a whole hell of a lot. we must always think that there is some almighty power. nature in it's simplicity is almighty power. human nature in it's simplicity is destruction." something must be better than us " but we are so ignorant and blinded by propaganda that we overlook the almighty power that surrounds each and every one of us no matter race, religion, sex, and whatever the fuck else. but, then again, it's only me ranting. as lavar burton used to say on reading rainbow...." you don't have to take my word for it. " adios. peace.

I personally believe that everything is God. I also believe that our idea that we are separate from God is what causes most of our problems.

i guess it's right, but we can't create 'creating' (as it's already created) like god does
though the people who say that you create the world as you experience it are right i guess.

Iv'e listened a lot to Alan Watts lately, and he speaks of these things. You should check him out.
Watts wrote very well and is a joy to read, but it is important to know that he was a major alcoholic. If you are a role model and can't live what you preach, how valid are your teachings?

Damn you swami! Going on and destroying my illusions like that!
I didn't know he was an alcoholic (I actually don't know anything about him), that's interesting. I have noticed a few discrepancies in his talking by myself. It's can be hard to practice what you preach in our world (I am my own best example). I won't hold it against him (too much), alchoholism is hard to get out of (I guess, no personal experience there).
Oh well, i'll just have to find myself a new role model. Or I could start thinking for myself
