No secret to weight loss. Eat less, exercize more. I run five miles in the morning, workout three times a week with weights and take Taijuitsu and Brazilian Ju Juitsu.

Here's how: Work out daily Eat boneless skinless chicken breasts, 4-5 a day. Take fiber capsules. 5 of them, 3-4 times a day. Eat 2-3 oranges or apples Also take a daily vitamin Don't eat anything else. You will lose weight like crazy.
Sounds simple enough...but is it healthy??

Well I would say so. I should also add, that I added hot sauce to the chicken, or mustard since they are calorie free. I also lost that much weight, since I need 4000 calories just to mantain a healthy body weight, as I'm 6'6. If you are a girl, you might have a hard time eating 4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts, but you could probably try 3. They only have about 220 calories per breast, and are quite filling. I've managed to keep the weight off for well over a year now. It may not be healthy to lose weight quite that fast, however it worked for me.

Wow, 6'6!!! Yeah, 4-5 chicken breasts would be quite a lot, even though I'm tall for a girl (5'10). The other thing is, my boyfriend doesn't eat chicken, so we never buy it...but I suppose he can make himself something else when I eat that. How do you cook the chicken breasts? Bake them? I love fruit, so that wouldn't be a problem. I think my biggest challenge will be what I drink...I love gatorade/juice/soda, and that's just empty calories. Gotta get used to drinking water mostly.
And why the fiber capsules??

Yup bake the chicken breasts. You can get bags of frozen ones pretty inexpensively. Stay away from juice and soda. If you must drink gatorade, try to limit yourself to one of the 20 oz bottles as they only have 125 calories.

here is something to remember about working out; its 30% how u workout/ what you do and 70% diet. changing eating/ drinking habits is the most important. as for weight loss, focus on cardio.

Why wouldn't it be healthy?
I eat chicken, tuna and eggs 5-7 times a day. Protein shakes in between meals. If you eat lots of meals it really does wonders for keeping your metabolism in check. Protein and anabolism mean that you rev up your muscles and sizzle the fat. Why would you drive a beater when you could drive a ferrari
I would also recommend taking a multivitamin every day (try to take it every day at BREAKFAST), making sure that you're getting a good amount of healthy fats, fiber and/or flax. Make sure to drink tons of water to flush out the toxins and to keep your liver from getting grumpy.
You want both soluable and insoluable fiber to flush the nasties out of your GI. Think of how good of a job you'll do of actually absorbing nutrients rather than letting them end up in the porcelin thrown. Psyllium husk is great, especially if high protein diets back you up, if you know what I'm sayin. It's so incredibly cheap that you could literally buy a fat sack and it would almost be a never ending supply.
Above all, keep it up and do it everyday like sunit said. Why take one grueling step forward now and again if you're going to take two steps back more often. It's just not worth it, so keep putting in the effort.

So I hit the gym for the first time yesterday - I started off walking at 3.7 mph, with the intent being to pick it up to 4.0...yeah right.
I didn't realize how hard it was going to be the first day I guess. I varied between 3.4mph and 3.7, but I did do the full 60 minutes. I woke up this morning at 4:45 to hit the gym again, and literally could barely walk my legs hurt so much. So I didn't go today I did however use weights that I found in the basement of the house I work at, and I did 60 sit ups on a medicine ball. The weights are 10lb weights and I did like 4-5 different arm exercizes, and some lunges too. I think 10lb was probably a little too heavy to start off with? Anyone know how many set/reps I should do, and what weight? I have 6 lb weights at my house, are those good? I really want to tone the underside of my arms, any tips on how? I'll be doing cardio again tomorrow morning, whether my legs hurt or not.
So far the healthy eating thing hasn't been too difficult. Today I had a banana at 7:30am, an apple at 10am, a string cheese at about 12, and a microwave smart one chicken meal that is 230 calories for lunch. I had some pineapple for an afternoon snack, and baked boneless/skinless chicken breast marinated in fat free dressing and dipped in a few bread crumbs for dinner. I've been drinking water and low calorie apple juice, and coffee in the morning, which I'm going to try to wean off of. Hopefully my legs feel better after a few days of this, because right now I hurt

About 20 minutes in to my 60 minutes on the treadmill I decided I couldn't do anymore, but then I looked at the clock and realized that if I got off the treadmill, I had nothing to do for an hour, since I was 2 blocks from work and didn't need to be there for a looong time So it was nice to kind of be forced to keep going

although I smoke/trip I always am pumping iron...
make sure you do cardio/weights/stretch
cut your fat calories and overall calories down, and you will see results
lol, much of my motivation is smoking a fat blunt after an intense gym session....I seem to get so much higher too
