Partial Sterilization? Water content question.

I was wondering if i can sterilize a quart of BRF and verm by boiling it? Or would fractional sterilization be required.
If it is required i was wondering if multiple times of steaming if it would dry out by the third time?
Just some quick questions. This is my first post on here. I have b+ and mazatapec. What should i grow out. I remember the maz as slow as fuck to colonise. Which do you recomend?

How is that asking for contamns. It would seem that grain would provide mor nutrients for contamns. Ive heard of BRF in myco bags and shit. I would use smaller jars but i dont have any smaller jars son. Explain how it would be asking for contamns. Tell me now son.

yeah its ok but you want to steam not boil.and you want to use the non tapered jar i think that what its called. where you can actually get the cake out when its colonized. fill the water up a little less than a quarter way up on the jars. bring to a boil cover and turn down to like 2 or 3 on ur stove basicly a little more than a simmer hope i helped you son

i think the reason people don't do this much is because of the colonization time. it would probably take about a month and a week. for a very quick strain
