Alternative ways to making spore syringes?

Sice my mycobag is almost fully colonised im looking to perhaps make a syringe from them. Since you arent guarenteed that a print you have made is going to be free of bacterial spores (since growing conditions isnt contam free) i am looking for a possible alternative. Spores also drop from the gills and the gills is the place where contams will much less likely to have landed therefor i was wondering that maybe a cap could be cut off (one of the smaller mushrooms below the bigger ones which would have been more shielded) and place in a sterile jar. This jar could then be transfered to a glove box where a syringe of sterile water could be used to fill up the gills with water and then sucked back into the syinge. Constructive criticism is welcomed

Why not just print it onto tin foil?

Im still wondering how prints can be sterile. I mean, fruiting chambers leaves mushrooms exposed to airborn contams to land on the caps surely? Please tell me how it works

Air-born contaminate spores can fall on the cap, but they don't fall under the cap. Which is where the spore print is coming from. If you are really paranoid about contam spores, try this:
In your glove box, place a shot glass full of sterile water. The put you cap over the shot glass and allow the spores to fall into the water as the cap dries. (Note: you need a cap wider than the glass. This way spores from the top of the cap cannot fall in.) After a day or two, with a sterile syringe, suck up the spore water. Bam! Spore syringe.
BTW, this is not my idea. Found it here somewhere.

I had the same concerns as you when it came time to make my first spore syringe. The main thing is to transfer the cap to the sterile printing surface as quickly as possible. Also try not to breath on it.
If your fruiting in conditions where mold spores are present (and I think most of us are) there will really be no way to guarantee that you will not have a contaminated syringe until testing it out. Of course using a well made still air glove box and keeping things clean through out the grow will help greatly.
This is why I like using LCs. Once I have made a new LC I test it out on a couple jars. Then I will be able to see if the LC is clean or not. Once I have determined I have a clean LC I can inoculate several dozen jars (never got that crazy yet tho) if I wish and not have a concern about contams.
You should check this oot. http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/5178328#Post5178328
