Stalling mycellium

I have about 7 trays of zoodoo spawned with rye grain that was colonized with pan trop mycellium. It has been over a month now and I still only see a small amount of growth from the grain into the dung. It looks like it was growing for a while, and now it has stalled. The mycellium looks very whispy, and I do not see any infection, but it seems to be taking quite some time to colonize. Incubation is at 83 degrees. Somebody help me figure out how to get the mycellium going again please, I really want to try out these mushies.

Any ideas as to why it is stalling, or why it is taking so long?
