My fault or theirs?

Pan Cyan Syringe. From a vendor here.
Inoculated to: 1 Mea Agar Dish 2 Seperate Liquid Culutes of Seperate Batches 2 Grain Jars 2 PF Style Jars 1 h/poo, wbs, verm fp bag
Every medium got mold. Trich. The mold came from the solution or needle in my opinion. Maybe I'm wrong, here's where the mold was:
In the PF Jars the mold was under the small amount of mycelium. Not near the top, at the injection sites. In the petri dish it spread from the spore sites. In the grain jar it spread just like the mycelium would have. The liquid cultures got cloudy and had tiny suspended bits in them.
Is there anyway this is my fault, or was the solution bunk? Every Pan Cyan inoculation was done in a closed glove box. Still air in the room and in the box. Same as always when I use a glove box. Every other strain worked out well by the way.
Needle was even flame sterilized for a few of the above, but nothing, all mold.
I hate to bother vendors, but i think I got a bad one.
May I have some advice please??

I'd say you're probably right. It can happen, however rarely. From the info provided, it seems not to have been your fault, but perhaps there is some consistent unsafe procedures you used among this syringe... Seems unlikely, as you said all the other strains have either colonized or begun growth without trich.
Dunno what else to say.

Mitch, you got a bad one. Hey, it happens every now and then even with the best vendors. I am sure the vendor will replace your order, as you are a helpful poster and obviously a knowledgeable grower. As long as you are professional in your e-mail or PM, you should be good. Peace.

I did send a pm, but I'm not going to get a replacement. I think I've isolated it and am currently growing it out on agar. I only have one good dish that made it, so if this one stays good, than I'll be fine.
Thanks for your opinions so far...
