get a bubble wand or 2 and a fish pump and set the wands in the bottom of your fruiting chamber were you want them then pour the hydrotron overtop of them about 2"-3" deep then add water till you can just see it just below the surface. i would get a strainer and wrinse them off first, they are pertty dusty.. thats how i do it atleast.. hope it helps ya some..

Isnt it just an alternative to perlite?
If so, just saturate it with water and layer the bottom of your fruiting chamber.

IMO hydrotron will not retain as much moisture as perlite, thats why you need to pour the water into your fruiting chamber.  and thats why you need the bubble wands to keep the water circulating so it dose not get stagnate.. but ive only ever used it for one round, and didnt really like it very much.. so im no expert.. just :2cents:

flip are you doing cakes or casings?? if your doing casings, as long as you got all your moisture levels correct you shouldnt realy have to worry about humidity, unless your putting a lil casing inside a huge container.. but like zeegos said perlite is cheap and IMO easier than hydrotron..

Only advantage for hydroton I can see over perlite is that perlite tends to clog the bubblewands therefore you can't really use perlite with an airpump setup. :mushroom2:
