Milligram Scale Question

Hiya,
This has been discussed before, but I haven't really found the ideal answer.
I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a good scale that is accurate up to at least .002g (preferably .001g, but I probably won't find one in my price range) that costs $200 or leass (or at least not much more than $200) that is ACCURATE.
I have a Jennings PG10, and it sucks.
The cheaper the better, or course, but accuracy is more important.
Thanks!

I bought an $80 10x0.001g scale from Old Will Knott's Scales. It fluctuates by a milligram or two sometimes when what I'm measuring is really light, like less than 100mg, but that is easily overcome by measuring it on top of an index card or something. Get what I mean? It's proven to be quite reliable, and I like it a lot.

$139.99
The GemPro is a digital Carat scale that is accurate to 0.01 carat (0.002 grams or 0.05 grains). This pocket scale has an innovative built in pop-up windscreen and all the professional features you'd expect from a much larger scale.
The GemPro is designed for extreme accuracy and durability. It's perfect for weighing gemstones, precious metals, and gunpowder. It is also ideal for spot checking and QC.
With an accuracy and readability of 0.002g, the GP-50 is a very high precision instrument.

Won't get much cheaper than that.

Hey there,
Thanks.
I was wondering if you have personal experience with this scale? The one that I have (Jennings PG 10) is supposedly accurate up to .001g, but it's VERY inconsistent. I tried new batteries, different room, different surfaces - even tried exchanging the scale for a different one, but it's still inconsistent.
So I just want to make sure that if i invest in a new one that it will live up to its claims....

Some electronics mess with scales too. I remember weighing out a mushroom and my friend flippin channels on the TV. Everytime he would hit a button it would either go up or down a .3 as the channel flipped on the TV. Maybe my kmart scale is just a POS, heh.

I've used it and it seems accurate. It's also delivered with a 10.000g calibration weight so it's easy to check if the scale is still giving the right readings.
Sometimes 20mg of RC crystal will look like a lot, sometimes like a little bit. But that's because some of it is fluffy and other parts are dense. That's why eyeballing is a nono.
