ralph is so fast that sending an e-mail is a waste of both his and the customers time.

i only really see it necessary to be notified when dealing with overseas parties. because that can take a couple weeks. ralph takes no longer than 1 whole week. guaranteed, really :shrug: in my dozens of experiences with him its never taken longer than a week. he doesnt procrastinate, so im thinking he gets it and sends it out the next day.....maybe the same day if he can get away with it.
