You are overlayed.
I add a thin layer of sterilized vermiculite to the top of my casings after I patch them. I find that the mycellium doesn't "colonize" the verm, but it just aids as a reminder that it should pin.

he's not "overlayed"! that casings is simply over colonized that's all... give it a few more days and it should start pinning IMO i can see some knots so it shouldn't take too long!

Don't add vermiculite, and it isn't overlayed. Is that coir or something? At this point, just make sure you have very high humidity, with good air exchange. You should see some pins soon. RR

A week to ten days. If it's not cased, better up the humidity to 99% or lay a sheet of wax paper over the top. RR

why the sheet of wax paper? is there a cause due to no casing layer?

As I suggested earlier cold shock the mofo stall its colonization so pinning can get underway, it would have been pinning already. Really!

I second that. I will only be able to drop the temp by 2 or 3 degrees (84->81 or 82) after taking trays out of incubator so I'm thinking cold shocking would be a good idea.

Keep RH as high as possible and wait it out, give it plenty of FAE's throughout the day and 12-16hrs. of good light but not direct sunlight. Even very lightly misting after each fanning will help.
