Lettuce Wraps (in this case: Gyoza)

So upon peepin' the [Easy to digest late night snacks] thread, and having proposed just this recipe; I figure I'll share the detail with ya since I just made these tasty bastards!
Gyozas and potstickers are made with a thin sheet of simple dough that is stuffed with any assortment of ingredients. In this case, I am using gyozas of the Chicken Vegetable & Thai Vegetable variety. You can find these pre-made at most markets in the freezer section.. if you have a "Trader Joes" or "Whole Foods" nearby, you best be visitin'!
If you're a little more ambitious, you can of course make your own dumpling as evidenced by GabbaDj's: [Dumplings].
Often dumplings and potstickers are ultimately steamed.. however once you have your dumpling of choice, I would recommend frying them in hot oil to get a nice golden brown and crispy texture which will complement the crispyness of the fresh lettuce in this recipe. Keep your oil nice and hot and your fry job will not result in a greasey oily mess o' food.
Now that we know what we're workin' with.. o wait!.. Here's that lettuce in case you're exceptionally stoned at the moment and forgot what this green leafy stuff is
Now for the setup..
.. and the finish for the win! Curl these babies up in their lettuce wrapper and get to chompin'!

This recipe came to mind upon recollection of some wonderfully seasoned thin slices of Kobe Beef that one of my asian friend's (liquidsmoke's) parents made for me one night. So simple, lightly marinated beef, pan fried, thrown on the table with lots of lettuce leaves and a bowl of rice. Build it up and munch - delicious!
So as you can see, this is a highly variable procedure full of endless possibilities. Therefore the question must be asked, what are you going to put in your next lettuce wrap?
