i have some comments about salvia:
1) that shit is scary. every time i try it i get creeped out or seriously offended by something. i kinda like it though, call me sadistic if you will =)
2) how the hell do you clean your piece (a bong in my case) after smoking salvia? ever time i use it for the next month i taste salvia.
syrian rue. AHHHHHHHH...
i know it helps the effects but shit dude...
how the hell do you people injest this without vomiting? ive made tea, honey balls, and gel caps... all make me sick, although gelcaps werent nearly as bad
is there any way any of you get around the horrible, horrible taste?
tonight i think im gonna be brave and try smoking my 10x extract... *shiver*. i think im gonna put on some Tricky or Massive Attack, turn on the winamp visualizations and turn out the lights.
(sorry if this isnt the correct forum for this but it seemed like the best one)
anyone have any comments on any of this?

Asyou probably now Salvia throughs you in your REM sleep and maintaning your normal conscious too. The stuff you experience is al a reflection of what is happening in your mind (unconsciousness) and shows it to you (conscious).
If you think the plant is a devil, you say something about your situation. You have to understand the interface so you can learn from it.
My experience with sal-a is that it shows you the things you did in the hours before. If you were driving your car, it is likely that you experience a kind of speeding thing. After a bath of an hour it seems that floating, water, etc dominates the experience. My first experiences I was some stressed of the unknow and the strips were very stressed and unpleasant.
Remeber there are no evil plants,LOL

that makes sense... but i dont think its completely true. i was watching conan o'brian the first time i really triped on it. i was laughing my balls off then i smoked a nice bowl of 10x and conan started to deeply offend me. i cant explain it.
what about cleaning the damn bong? shit man... that smell is too much to take.

About your bong...
Maybe I am a freak but I have my special waterpipe, which I think is the best for salvia smoking!!!
It is a kind of scared pipe to me. Using other pipes or bongs for other purposes.
And indeed not all salvia experiences are easy to explain. I am for at least 2 years busy to explain some salvia trips I had. Sometimes the answer is further in the future than we like.
The smell in your pipe will probly stay.

Salvia smell sticks on bongs i know, i find the smell pleasent when smoking mj. Anyway, i wash it with water and a little bit of bleach.
