I am starting to see the green hue on my uncased turkey trays. They have been pinning for two days and just now are getting some green hue on the beautiful myc. What are my chances that just spraying with 50% h2o2 and 50% water will get the invaders gone? Is there anything else I should do?

Try a 1:200 bleach to water misting or dunk. If it's just on the surface, it could work. Are you sure it's not blueing from being dry or stressed?

scrape off some mycelium where it's colored see if its green underneath. If it's green underneath it is contaimed. If white underneath or looks like substrate I would say it is bruised... pics would help.

It's called the q-tip test. Gently rub the green area with a q-tip and if the white cotton on the end of the q-turns green, you're hosed. If it stays clean, then it's just bruising. RR
