Much respect to you, Ice. Congratulations. That was a strong act of willpower. Keep us informed how it paid off on longterm if you'd like. Peace.

I found out something about my resolve. It isn't what it used to be. I don't know if this will be reversed or not. This is my first attempt in awhile so maybe it's a good sign that I tried at all. Or maybe just a sign that I'm slipping.

What about how compulsively we move around and stuff? I even took up cigarettes the other week cause I was restless. Doesn't this work as a good cure for restless mind and make room for silence?

Are there other suggestions you could give me for working with this. Maybe I'm just making up excuses, but I am afraid fasting wouldn't work for me right now.

It could be that this is self indulgence.

Is that horribly wrong? To indulge a little?

It's become quite evident to me and many other people on this board that you are extremely jealous of me. I can only have pity on the poor fool.

breakfast; same as before - all bran and soy

snack; juice some raw vegatables

lunch; juice some fruit

dinner; eat some olives and other goodies...drink some red wine.

You're my buddy.

I don't do well eating the same thing every day although I can for a week or two. I will do a modified med also.  I'm going for veggies in mass though, raw and cooked. Beans rather than grains. Olive oil and coconut oil.

This is true. I am really coming to Oregon to do away with you and steal your identity. Then I shall have my revenge.

So, there are no trout in Oregon? I'll fish for bluegill.
