its getting easier...down to three 10oz glasses of fresh squeezed vegatable/ fruit per day. the rest water and supplements. Detox symptoms subsiding, energy level up, sleep down, no hunger. Noticeable physical change.
For the 9 to 5 individual - Start fasting Tuesday afternoon. If needed, on day 3/4 eat half advocado or half banana late in the day.
Plan to relax sat sun & mon. take Monday off.
After a suitable period of time, substitute a couple of glasses of red wine for your evening juice.

How's it going Icelander? Feeling the burn?

What we need is a teacher to convince us that there is incalculable power at our fingertips. What a strange paradox! Every warrior on the path of knowledge thinks, at one time or another, that he's learning sorcery, but all he's doing is allowing himself to be convinced of the power hidden in his being, and that he can reach it. Yeah, Post em if ya got em. Lots of scat shots and maybe a face and ass shot so we know it's really you. You could be holding them in your hand and smiling with a self satisfied grin. I could use it as background on my computer for inspiration.

Can you smoke during a fast? Tobacco or weed? Or should all toxins be kept out the body?

but in your case, since you made it a point...
I will.

OMG! Scat outside of OTD! You're in trouble now!

is there pain involved when those buildups of feces are released? I read most of the article/page. Seems interesting and somewhat of a good idea.

wahst amazing is I haven't had anything to eat in 10 days and this pile ( 2 lbs) of poop comes out. No pain just a double expresso and seconds later its digital.
ice did a juice fast, i'm doing a fresh vegetable juice, fruit juice fast. If you have a blood sugar concern hypo/hyper you need to add vegetables, psyllium husk, lots of water.
blood sugar 74
ps...I'm going to add a glass of red wine to my fast

I have several years on a spreadsheet...I had high cholestrol and didn't want to take drugs...so i went to walmart and bought several supplements in the vitamin section. I went from "high" risk to "no" risk. I didn't tell the doctor I wasn't taking his medicine. He couldn't believe the results. 2004 2005 2006 Triglycerides 297 149 118 HDL Cholesterol 51 72 95 VLDL Cholesterol Calc 59 30 24 LDL Cholesterol Calc 207 151 94
