Hmm is this normal?

Just checked in on my plants as the lights switched on about an hr ago. Noticed that the hairs on some of the buds have already turned orange. This is also only on one plant. Plants are now (today 5/25) on their 20th day of flowering.
Is it normal to see these orange/reddish hairs? I thought the hairs only turned orange as they reached their full maturity? Im still a full 30 days away before i can even CONTEMPLATE harvesting, why are they turning orange now?
puzzling, am i just being paranoid and is this normal? Or should i be doing something to prevent this from happening further?
thanks guys!

Search that plant and any near it for a male flower. Most often red hairs happen cause one may have snuck by ya. Doesn't mean a plant is hermie cause of just one flower but keep your eye's open. A fan blowing directly on them or light burn can also do it but most often pollen turns hairs red, orange, or brown

the only male plant i had was culled 3 days into the flowering cycle. I was told that wasnt long enough for it to produce pollen. I know have some light leaks in my tent that i just can't do anything about right now (dont have the 200 bucks i need for an inline fan), i guess the plant could have turned hermie because of that. Fuck, not what i wanted to hear.
I also had a oscillating fan blowing air, it would hit the plants directly but not for more then a few seconds at a time. The buds that have the orange hairs on them are also pretty far from the light, none of the colas exhibit this symptom, so i dont think it's heat related. Also, ive only fertilized once and i did that per the instructions, so i dont think its a nute problem.

How many(%) red/brown hairs do you see? I think a few is no problem, but more than 10% isn't normal after 3 weeks of flowering. I'm a n00b to mj growing so I'm not sure, just growing my first plants.
I hope it's not the male plant that caused this!
Good luck!
