Building teams

Which struggling team in the NBA at the moment has the most potential? By struggling, I'm referring to teams that finish near the bottom of their division and miss the playoffs by double digits.
Yesterday it was announced that the Raptors obtained the 1st overall pick in the lottery. I imagine they're going to hire a team of experts as to figure out what to do with this jewel. One thing is for certain, they'll try to make the best of the pick in order to keep Chris Bosh in Toronto and complement him with some talent. Last year the Charlotte Bobcats lucked out with their selection of Omeka Okafor, who has potential to become quite the strong powerfoward once his game begins to mature.
So which team at the bottom of the barrel at the moment has the most potential in your eyes to make a playoff berth in the next few years?

the number 1 pick isnt really that great of a jewel this year.. i mean there is no clear cut stud.. nor is there any phoemonon in this draft. no player would be worthy of my #1 pick

If the Raptors are smart, they'll trade that #1 pick for a decent scorer or a couple lower first round picks.

They'll probably fuck this one up, like they did by getting rid of McGrady and Marion

Yea.
I thought Vince Carter merely got disgruntled and demanded a trade out of Toronto, though?

Vince Carter is a fag, a though. It's one thing to bail out on a team because they suck, it's another to tip off the oppisition on a play-make. I hope he never gets a ring.

The Sonics were all like "Wow, that's fucked up" after he tipped them off
